To update your availability, find the calendar under the “My Availability” heading on your profile home page.
Your default setting is available, so to mark dates that you’re unavailable, simply click two dates (beginning and end) to select a date range. The system is designed to help mark many days at a time, so to mark individual dates, double click on the individual day. After each alteration a small “saving..” note will appear, saving your changes automatically.
If you have become available on the day that was marked as busy, click on the red day (unavailable) and it will turn green (available).
