If you want to review or change any of the information your client requested during the on-boarding process, select the ‘Clients’ tab and locate the appropriate template on the left side of the page. Here is a direct link for quick access to this page.
Within this tab, you will be able to view and edit answers to all of the on-boarding templates you have been requested to fill out. To edit, select the small pen icon next to the “Your on-boarding information” header.
Be sure select 'Update Information' at the bottom of the form for these changes to apply.
